With over 20 years in energy healing, metaphysics, and intuitive work, Shannon bridges the physical and the energetic to help people understand what’s really going on beneath the surface.

She began with Reiki and intuitive development long before becoming a massage therapist, quickly realizing that most people aren’t just dealing with stress or pain—they’re navigating patterns, shifts, and underlying influences they can’t quite see or name.

Through her practice, Wholly Light, Shannon offers a grounded, supportive space for those seeking clarity, direction, and deeper alignment. Her work blends intuitive insight, energy healing, and therapeutic bodywork (when needed) to uncover what’s been looping, stuck, or misaligned—and help create movement forward.
